The services are those described on this site. A 2-week free trial starts the day your site goes live. Monthly billing begins after the trial, in Canadian dollars, taxes extra.
No contract
No contract: you cancel at any time. The website is included while you are subscribed and is taken offline on cancellation. You keep all your leads and your customers' contact details.
Support
Support and fixes are included while you are subscribed.
Specific pricing
AI voice receptionist minutes are billed by usage. Done-for-you marketing campaigns are quoted separately, on top of the plan.
Client responsibilities
You are responsible for having consent to text and email your own contacts (Canada's anti-spam law).
Google reviews
Review requests follow Google's rules: every customer is asked, no incentives, no fake reviews.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ServiGrowth's liability is limited to the fees paid in the month in question.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Quebec.
